Why Epoxy Flooring?
Seamless, high-gloss epoxy flooring that turns bare concrete into a durable, easy-to-clean surface — built to handle North Jersey homes and businesses for years, not months.
Locally owned and operated from Bayonne, NJ — serving Hudson, Bergen & Essex Counties with personal, owner-operated service since July 1, 2019.
Appropriate Applications
We match this system to the spaces and conditions where it performs best — for homes and businesses alike.
Garage Floors
The most popular epoxy application — a sealed, glossy surface that shrugs off oil, road salt, and tire heat while transforming the look of the whole garage.
Basements
Seamless epoxy brightens dim basement concrete, resists moisture staining, and gives you a clean, finished surface instead of dusty bare concrete.
Commercial Spaces
Showrooms, retail backrooms, and light-warehouse floors get a professional, easy-to-maintain surface that stands up to daily foot traffic.
Utility & Work Rooms
Laundry rooms, mudrooms, and workshops benefit from a non-porous surface that wipes clean and resists chemical and detergent spills.
Retail & Lobbies
A high-gloss, seamless floor presents a polished, professional impression to customers and visitors the moment they walk in.
Food-Adjacent Areas
Non-porous epoxy is easy to keep clean where spills happen — we'll recommend the right system for the level of use and cleaning your space requires.
What You Get
Seamless & Non-Porous
No grout lines or seams means spills wipe up cleanly and nothing absorbs into the floor — a genuinely hygienic surface.
Stain & Impact Resistant
Bonded to properly prepared concrete, epoxy resists stains, impact, abrasion, and the daily wear that ruins bare concrete.
Custom Appearance
Solid colors, decorative flake blends, and metallic effects let you match the floor to your space — not the other way around.
Easy to Maintain
A quick sweep and damp mop keep it looking new. No waxes, no special cleaners, no refinishing cycle.
Brightens Spaces
The high-gloss finish reflects light, making garages and basements feel cleaner, brighter, and more finished.
Honest Value
Fair, competitive pricing with owner-level accountability — you get the right system for your space, not an upsell.
Preparation & Installation
A floor is only as good as the prep beneath it. Here's how we install it — no surprises, just clear communication from start to finish.
Free Estimate & Assessment
We inspect the concrete, test for moisture, and recommend the epoxy system that fits how you use the space and your budget.
Mechanical Surface Prep
We mechanically grind the concrete to open the surface profile so the epoxy bonds — the single most important step in the whole process.
Crack & Joint Repair
Spalls, cracks, and joints are patched and addressed so the finished floor is seamless and structurally sound.
Primer & Base Coat
A primer bonds to the prepared concrete, followed by the base coat where decorative flake or pigment is broadcast if chosen.
Clear Topcoat
A durable clear topcoat locks everything in, delivers the gloss level you want, and provides the wear layer.
Walkthrough & Care
We review the finished floor with you and explain simple ongoing care so it stays beautiful for years.
Why Professional Preparation Matters
Epoxy failures almost always trace back to poor surface preparation — applying coating over a floor that wasn't mechanically profiled, that held moisture, or still carried old sealer. We grind the concrete to open its surface profile, test for moisture, and repair cracks and spalls before any coating goes down. That preparation is what separates a floor that lasts for years from one that peels within months. It's also where our three decades of experience shows: we know what to look for before we coat, and we tell you about it honestly.

Epoxy Flooring — FAQ
How long does epoxy flooring last?
A properly prepared and installed epoxy floor can last for many years. The key factor isn't the coating itself — it's the surface preparation and installation quality beneath it. That's where our experience makes the difference. We'll give you honest expectations for your specific space during your free estimate.
How long does installation take?
Most residential garage and basement epoxy installations take one to two days, depending on size, condition, and the system selected. We'll give you a clear timeline up front so you can plan around it.
Is epoxy slippery when wet?
High-gloss epoxy can be slick when wet. For areas prone to moisture, we can incorporate anti-slip additives into the topcoat to improve traction. We'll recommend this when it makes sense for your space.
Will epoxy peel or chip?
When epoxy is applied over properly prepared, mechanically profiled concrete, peeling is rare. Peeling usually comes from poor preparation — coating over sealed, contaminated, or moisture-laden concrete. Our preparation process addresses all of that before we coat.
Can epoxy go over my existing concrete?
In most cases, yes. We assess the condition of your concrete during the estimate, repair cracks and spalls, and mechanically prepare the surface so the epoxy bonds. If the slab has serious structural issues, we'll tell you honestly before proceeding.
Do you offer epoxy for both homes and businesses?
Yes. We install epoxy flooring for residential garages and basements as well as commercial showrooms, retail, and light-warehouse spaces across Hudson, Bergen, and Essex Counties.
How much does epoxy flooring cost?
Pricing depends on square footage, concrete condition, and the system and finish you choose. Because we're a small, owner-operated company, our pricing is fair and competitive with no corporate overhead. You'll get an honest quote after we assess your concrete.
