Why Garage Floor Coatings?
Garage floor coatings that turn bare, dusty concrete into a sealed, durable, great-looking surface — built to handle the oil, road salt, and tire heat that North Jersey garages face every day.
Locally owned and operated from Bayonne, NJ — serving Hudson, Bergen & Essex Counties with personal, owner-operated service since July 1, 2019.
Appropriate Applications
We match this system to the spaces and conditions where it performs best — for homes and businesses alike.
Attached Garages
The most common coating job — protect the floor from parked cars, leaks, and salt while elevating the whole space.
Detached & Workshop Garages
Seal floors in workshops and detached garages that take abrasion from tools, equipment, and heavy use.
Garage Living Spaces
For garages used as gyms, man caves, or recreation rooms, a coated floor makes it a real finished space.
Sunlit Garages
UV-stable polyaspartic is the right call where sunlight reaches the floor — no yellowing over time.
Winter-Exposed Floors
Coatings that hold up to the road salt and slush that North Jersey winters drag in season after season.
Car Enthusiast Garages
Showpiece garages get a premium flake finish that looks as finished as the rest of the home.
What You Get
Oil & Stain Resistant
Sealed surfaces stop oil, coolant, and fluids from soaking in and staining — they wipe up cleanly.
Salt & Moisture Proof
Holds up to road salt and slush instead of letting them degrade and spall the concrete.
Hot-Tire Resistant
Won't soften or peel under hot tires — a key failure point for lesser garage coatings.
UV-Stable Options
Polyaspartic resists yellowing in sunlight, keeping the color true in sunlit garages.
Quick Return to Service
Polyaspartic cures fast — your garage is often back in service the same day.
Elevates the Space
A coated garage feels clean and finished, not like a bare concrete pad — a real extension of the home.
Preparation & Installation
A floor is only as good as the prep beneath it. Here's how we install it — no surprises, just clear communication from start to finish.
Free Garage Inspection
We assess the garage floor, check for damage and moisture, and recommend epoxy or polyaspartic based on your needs.
Mechanical Preparation
We grind the concrete to open the surface profile — the essential step that makes the coating bond permanently.
Crack & Spall Repair
Cracks, pitting, and spalls are patched so the finished floor is seamless and the coating bonds over sound concrete.
Coating Application
The selected system — epoxy or polyaspartic — is applied with decorative flake broadcast for a premium look.
Clear Topcoat
A durable clear topcoat locks in the finish and provides the wear layer that takes daily garage abuse.
Walkthrough & Care
We review the finished floor and explain simple ongoing care so it stays looking good for years.
Why Professional Preparation Matters
Garage coatings fail for one main reason: poor preparation. Coating over a floor that hasn't been mechanically ground, that still carries old sealer, or that's contaminated with oil means the coating looks great at first and then peels — often exactly where the tires sit. We grind every garage floor, repair cracks and spalls, and confirm the surface is ready before any coating goes down. It's the unglamorous part of the job, but it's the entire difference between a garage floor that lasts for years and one that lifts the first winter. Owner-operated means we do this part right, every time.

Garage Floor Coatings — FAQ
Should I choose epoxy or polyaspartic for my garage?
Both are excellent when properly installed. Polyaspartic cures faster (often same-day return to service) and resists UV yellowing, making it ideal for sunlit garages. Epoxy offers a proven, durable build with a wide range of decorative looks. We recommend based on your garage's sun exposure, timeline, and the finish you want — in plain English, no pressure.
How long until I can park on my new garage floor?
With polyaspartic, you can often park on the floor the same day we install it. With epoxy, full cure before parking takes longer. We'll set realistic expectations for your specific install during the estimate.
Will road salt damage a coated garage floor?
No — a properly installed coating is exactly what protects the concrete from road salt. The coating takes the abuse so your concrete doesn't spall and deteriorate over the winter.
Will the coating peel where my tires sit?
Not when it's properly installed. Hot-tire pickup — where hot tires soften and peel a coating — is a failure of cheap coatings or poor prep. Polyaspartic and properly installed epoxy both resist it.
How do I clean a coated garage floor?
Sweep regularly and damp mop as needed. Spills wipe up easily because the surface is sealed and non-porous. No special cleaners or waxes are required.
How much does a garage floor coating cost?
Pricing depends on garage size, concrete condition, and the system and finish you choose. As a small, owner-operated company, our pricing is fair and competitive with no corporate overhead. You'll get an honest quote after we inspect the floor.
Why not use a DIY garage coating kit?
DIY kits fail for the same reason they're cheap: they skip the mechanical preparation that makes a coating bond. Without grinding the concrete and repairing it first, the coating looks fine initially and then peels. We do the prep work the kits skip, and you get owner-level accountability for the result.
